Here is a long-awaited sneak peek from Melissa and Jeremy's beautiful winter wedding at Cheers Chalet. It was our last wedding of 2010 and was a wonderful holiday gathering for Melissa and Jeremy's family and friends. Everything about the day sparkled--from the details on Melissa's gorgeous gown and gorgeous shoes, to the sparkly snowflakes on the gorgeous cake, to the sparklers that the guests lit as Melissa and Jeremy made their getaway.Since it was an evening wedding in the winter, and Melissa and Jeremy wanted to get some outdoor photos, they had a special "reveal" moment in front of the Christmas tree. The looks on both of their faces as they caught the first look of each other were so special--tears of joy included! The ceremony was especially memorable as it was performed by a combination of Melissa's uncle and her father taking over once he escorted Melissa down the aisle. With a special candle lighting in memory of Jeremy's father, the unity candle and special music by Jeremy's brother and his fiancee--the sparkling theme continued.
The reception had everyone dancing away under the sparkling stars. When it was time for the bride and groom to make their escape, everyone headed outside and lit sparklers for their getaway. It was a bit windy--so it was a bit of a challenge--but still a sparkling end to a perfect wedding day!
