THERESA and WALTER-Columbus Oh wedding photography

Here is a sneak peek of Theresa and Walter's wedding. It was a very intimate wedding on Thanksgiving Eve(yes, I really am running that far behind--'tis the season). Theresa and Walter were high school sweethearts who went their separate ways after high school. They both married other people and had families. Their lives took lots of turns and after all of this, they reconnected and promised to stay in touch. Happily, they rekindled the romance which led them to marriage this time. With their children and families joining them, they had a very romantic wedding in their home.

Theresa and her daughters decorated themselves--and did a fabulous job. Everything was lit by candlelight and led to the intimate feel of the evening. I have to say that their Shot Bar was one of the cutest touches that I have seen at a wedding--and totally new to me--which in itself is hard to do! It was definitely a great way to start the holiday season!

DELLA and JEREMY-Lancaster Ohio wedding

The word that Della's mother-in-law used to describe her on Saturday was "stunning" and I think that was the perfect description. Della is always a pretty girl--but on her wedding day she was just drop-dead gorgeous. Of course, Jeremy was no slouch himself, in his all black tux. Their wedding day, was the perfect day--starting with the weather--cause we all know that you never know what you're going to get in the middle of March in Ohio. From the time I met up with the girls at the hotel, everything was ahead of schedule--and anyone in the wedding business knows that that just never happens. Even more importantly, I don't think that I have ever worked with a more pleasant group of people. I wasn't the only one to notice it either--I had several other vendors comment on how great they had been to work with. The bride and groom were so happy and you could tell that they were enjoying their day--from start to finish--and so did everyone else. They are a great couple, who are very grounded, and this was the perfect start for their lives together. It was definitely a pleasure to work with everyone!

Kari and Bryan-Erin and Andrew

What a weekend. Friday we were at Alley Park for the wedding of Kari and Bryan. Saturday we were at First United Methodist for the beautiful wedding of Erin and Andrew. Then we were off to the reception at, you guessed it, Alley Park. Talk about a great location! The double-header weekends definitely do get exhausting--but we had a great time and everything was lovely.
