Dowler Family-Logan Ohio family photography

I had a great, but very cold time photographing the Dowler family down on the family farm in Logan, Oh. I met them all photographing a family wedding several years back and it was great to see them and catch up on all of the new additions to the family. I must say that this farm was another photographer's dream locations. It had all of the cool old buildings, awesome tractors and other equipment, and a hand-laid brick driveway that I would have loved to have been able to pose some of the groups on--it just wouldn't have gone over well considering we had snow on the ground and it was well below freezing. The light dusting of snow did add a festive winter touch to the photos!

BLAIR 2-Fisher Catholic senior pictures

Here are a few from Part 2 of Blair's senior session. We had to get a few with her volleyball--since she is a superstar from what I hear! A volleyball is one of the few types of balls that you won't find in my household. Since the boys are into soccer, basketball and football--we've got those everywhere, or so it seems--but not a volleyball to be found. When she forgot the volleyball for her first part of the session, it worked out perfectly. She got to split the session and change her hair--a winning combination--since more looks are a definite plus!

DELONG FAMILY

I have had the pleasure of working with the Delong family for quite a few years now. I started out photographing their engagement session, then their wedding, then maternity photos, with some assorted family sessions thrown into the mix. This was the first time that I've had the honor of photographing their latest addition to the family, however(other than in mama's belly :) Isn't she just the most adorable little girl ever. I swear she looks like a baby doll come to life!

We had planned on doing some fun stuff outdoors--but good old Ohio weather put a stop to that. It was still a lot of fun--even though we were indoor bound! It's not often that I have someone crying to stay--she can come back anytime!

ELIZABETH 2-Watkins Memorial Senior photography

As promised, here are a few from Elizabeth's senior session--part two. How hot is this--a race car photo shoot? Not every senior has access to cars that are this cool--and even less actually can race. We shot these right in her own backyard--that was so much easier than loading the car up on the trailer and driving it out here--then reloading--etc...you get the picture. I must say this was one of my coolest senior sessions--ever!

DAVID-Fairfield Union Senior photography

David's family farm was the most awesome place to do his senior session! He had some fun ideas of things that he wanted to do--which was great! Of course, once I got there and started looking around, I had all kinds of ideas of things that I wanted to do as well. He was a trooper and we got some great stuff--and even managed to sneak in a few family photos!
