AMBER-Lancaster High School senior photography
Here are a few from Amber's senior session. We had a fantastic time starting out at my place, visiting Alley Park-- and then heading out to her house to get a few photos with her dad's cool bike. Amber is one of those people who is
unbelievably
comfortable in front of the camera--so she was a dream to work with! We even got in a few with her boyfriend who seemed to be into session at the start--but was wandering away towards the end. This is the preview--lots more to come!

JEN AND JERRY-Engagement Photos in Downtown Columbus
I had a fantastic time on Sunday with Jen and Jerry for their engagement session. Jen used to work with me at Cord Camera. I was so happy to hear from her that she was planning on getting married and was so-o-o excited to get to finally meet Jerry. He is just as wonderful as she told me--and you can tell how much in love they are just by looking at them! We had planned on starting at North Bank Park for the session--but when I arrived, there was a wedding--so it was time to regroup. We decided to stay downtown and I found some cool spots--kinda' spur of the moment. I do love to explore new places--one of the perks of my job--and it keeps the creativity flowing! I think we got some great stuff--here are a few to start out with--lots more to come!

STONE SOUP
Both of the boys made their acting debut in their classroom production of Stone Soup. The funniest part is they both played the part of Bill
Lowni
in their respective classrooms. It did make it easier for practice at home. Here are a few from Christian's class. Unfortunately, we had to split up since both plays happened at the same time. Jim has a few from the other classroom that we'll get posted later. Equal time and all!

SARAH
I had a great time photographing Sarah as a surprise for her grandmas for Mother's Day--one of a few surprise sessions. She is such a cutie and was more cooperative than mom and dad think! Hope the grandmas love them! She's a gorgeous--and sweet little girl!

KRIS-Berne Union High School SENIOR SESSION
I have been crazy with all of my last minute senior sessions. Here are a few from one of my very unique senior sessions. Kris is a volunteer for the Berne Township Fire Department--so we headed down to the station to get some photos with some of the equipment and gear. He is planning on making this a career--after graduation and it seems as if he's got a good start in that direction. After the fire station, we headed back to the country for some more relaxed photos--definitely a great session!

SKATING PARTY
Here are a few from the boy's friend Aaron's birthday party. It was held at the Amanda Roller Rink. They had a great time--although they spent more time on the floor than actually skating. I didn't attempt to skate, but it definitely brought back memories of Skateland when that was the place to go here in Lancaster. I did have a great time on the pinball machines though--something else that I love that you just don't see any more. It's been a busy week and I'm going to be posting from several recent sessions--so check back!

MELISSA and DAVE-Pregnancy Photos Columbus Ohio
Can I just say how much I love having the opportunity to schedule a maternity session for my past wedding clients! Last weekend I had the pleasure of getting to photograph Melissa and Dave(and baby
Kaden
on the way). It is always a wonderful experience to get to work with a mom and dad -to-be--but just a little more special when it is a couple whose wedding I had the honor of photographing. It is just wonderful to get to see them moving on to the next stage of their lives together and see how they have grown together since their wedding. I wish the best for you guys and hope to meet your new addition soon after he arrives. Thank you for letting me share in another special chapter in your lives!
