DIANE and BUTCH and FAMILY

I headed up to Summit Station to meet up with Diane and Butch and their rather large family. We did some photos of the whole gang--as well as the individual smaller family groupings. We also did some of just the kids--who were so-o-o much fun. There were some future models in this group, I do believe--they knew how to work it for the camera! Throughout the session I was able to capture some fun candid shots too--I always like to do this as a part of the session. Sometimes those are the most fun photos of the day--especially when I'm able to capture some great interaction when my subjects are unaware--I love it! I hope you guys enjoy your sneak peek--there are lots more to follow!

FRENCH FAMILY

Here's the first look at photos from the French family session. This has to be my most unique family ever! It is always a learning experience when I get to work with them. The kids have some very unique animals that they like to include in their photos. This year it was turkeys--to go along with the goats, bunnies, and of course the normal dogs and cats that I'm used to. It's so much fun to have that unique element to add to the photos--even though the animals sometimes want to do anything but be in photos!

STEPHANIE and ROB-Youngstown Ohio Wedding

Here is a sneak peek from Stephanie and Rob's beautiful wedding day in Youngstown! We started out at St. Catherine's for their beautiful ceremony. After some photos at the church, everyone loaded up in the limo and we then headed to Mill Creek Park for some photos. I have to say, in the last year it has become one of my favorite photo spots--I just wish it was a little closer to home! We stopped at the Silver Bridge--which I just recently learned is also known as the "Cinderella Bridge," which was so fitting for a wedding day stop. Next, we headed to the gardens. I had not experienced Mill Creek in the spring--and it did not disappoint--absolutely beautiful!

After photos at Mill Creek, we headed to Avion on the Water for the reception. The reception site was decorated beautifully--lots of pink and lots of candles--two of my favorites! With a fabulous dinner, followed up by a huge cookie buffet--everyone was ready to dance the night away. Their DJ was Tony Tonite and he kept the party going and the dance floor full all night long! A perfect wedding day!

TALLMADGE HEALTH WALK 2009

As I'm getting ready to head out to volunteer for Field Day at Tallmadge, I've finally got a few photos up from the 4'th Annual Tallmadge Health Walk. The last few weeks have been incredibly crazy--with so much going on between my schedule, as well as the boy's schedule. I haven't had any time to slow down--not that that is a bad thing :-)

The Health Walk was a lot of fun. It is their fundraiser, in which the kids get sponsors for them to walk. This is going to fund the paving of a walking path on school grounds. The day ended with a concert by Arnett Howard--who got the kids up and dancing--even after all the walking! Here is a link to several of the years end events at Tallmadge! http://picasaweb.google.com/cjnate
