ALEXIS-3 weeks

How sweet is baby Alexis? She was such an adorable little one. She is so alert and active too for such a young one. She didn't want to miss out on anything that was going on. She was a very agreeable subject also--didn't seem to mind some of the poses that we put her into, even when she was awake. I got to try out a new prop & mommy had all kinds of cute things. I do love photographing little girls with all their fun girly things--makes up for my all male household! Enjoy the sneak peek--there are lots more to come!

TRISH, MICHELLE and FAMILIES

Here is a sneak peek from a family session at Alley Park. I met up with Trish & Michelle and their families on another gorgeous unseasonably warm November day. It was a perfect photo day--but I have to admit it became quite the challenge. One member of the family wanted nothing to do with having her picture taken--and nothing was going to change her mind. From visiting with the ducks, to bribery with candy--there was no convincing her. Even without her cooperation, we managed to get some great photos--even a few awesome ones with her--just don't let her know!

DIANE and BUTCH and FAMILY

I headed up to Summit Station to meet up with Diane and Butch and their rather large family. We did some photos of the whole gang--as well as the individual smaller family groupings. We also did some of just the kids--who were so-o-o much fun. There were some future models in this group, I do believe--they knew how to work it for the camera! Throughout the session I was able to capture some fun candid shots too--I always like to do this as a part of the session. Sometimes those are the most fun photos of the day--especially when I'm able to capture some great interaction when my subjects are unaware--I love it!
