KERRY and BRIAN-Wedding in Youngstown

At long last, here is the sneak peek from Kerry and Brian's fabulous wedding. I met Kerry a couple of years ago when she was a bridesmaid in her friend's wedding and was thrilled when she called me to photograph hers. We headed up to Hubbard, Ohio for the ceremony at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. It had some of the coolest stained glass--very bright and modern--and great for photos.

After the ceremony, I jumped on the trolley with Kerry and Brian and their wedding party and we headed to Buhl Park in Sharon, PA for some photos. Avalon Golf and Country Club, where the reception was held, has several locations--and their location was in Buhl Park--absolutely beautiful. The site could only be outdone by the decorations. Kerry went with a tropical theme, and since the reception was held poolside, it worked amazingly well. She carried on her tropical colors in the linens, centerpieces, even the drinks all had a tropical touch.

They danced the night away with the music of a band that could mix it up--with lots of reggae thrown into the mix--to enhance the tropical feel even more. Before we took off for the night a couple of groomsmen had already ended up in the pool. I can't wait until they return from Jamaica and I get to hear the final pool count!

STEPHANIE and ROB-Youngstown Ohio Wedding

Here is a sneak peek from Stephanie and Rob's beautiful wedding day in Youngstown! We started out at St. Catherine's for their beautiful ceremony. After some photos at the church, everyone loaded up in the limo and we then headed to Mill Creek Park for some photos. I have to say, in the last year it has become one of my favorite photo spots--I just wish it was a little closer to home! We stopped at the Silver Bridge--which I just recently learned is also known as the "Cinderella Bridge," which was so fitting for a wedding day stop. Next, we headed to the gardens. I had not experienced Mill Creek in the spring--and it did not disappoint--absolutely beautiful!

After photos at Mill Creek, we headed to Avion on the Water for the reception. The reception site was decorated beautifully--lots of pink and lots of candles--two of my favorites! With a fabulous dinner, followed up by a huge cookie buffet--everyone was ready to dance the night away. Their DJ was Tony Tonite and he kept the party going and the dance floor full all night long! A perfect wedding day!
