BRITTANY

Here is a sneak peek from Brittany's senior session. Brittany is a natural in front of the camera. I joked with her about whether she had picked up pointers on America's Next Top Model. She definitely was comfortable and was great about changing her poses and expressions without even being prompted by me. I love it when someone makes my job that easy--and fun too! We finished up the session in downtown Lancaster--love the variety of spots and different looks I can get down there. There are tons more to come!

DIANE and BUTCH and FAMILY

I headed up to Summit Station to meet up with Diane and Butch and their rather large family. We did some photos of the whole gang--as well as the individual smaller family groupings. We also did some of just the kids--who were so-o-o much fun. There were some future models in this group, I do believe--they knew how to work it for the camera! Throughout the session I was able to capture some fun candid shots too--I always like to do this as a part of the session. Sometimes those are the most fun photos of the day--especially when I'm able to capture some great interaction when my subjects are unaware--I love it! ROWAN-Newborn session

Welcome to baby Rowan! What a sweetie she is--and probably the most active and spunky newborn that I've ever met. She's already lifting her head and I swear she's trying to crawl. She is nothing but adorable. She's already got mommy and daddy hopping--and I don't think that will change. I had a wonderful time photographing her. She was so awesome--as long as she got to take frequent feeding breaks--she was as content as can be--gotta' build up that strength! Rowan's mom and dad are another of my wedding couples from a few years back. We seem to be having a baby boom with my clients! That's wonderful though--because I loved being a part of the wedding day--and love getting to meet the new family members just as much. Thank you guys for letting me be a part of both huge events!

JENNA and STEVE-Wedding at Cheers Chalet

Here is the sneak peek from Jenna and Steve's beautiful wedding at Cheers Chalet here in Lancaster. You might remember them from my post a couple of weeks ago as being the couple that did the fun engagement photos at Ohio Stadium. The wedding was just incredible. Jenna was a stunning bride! Her gown was simple, and elegant, and looked like it was made for her--perfection! The rest of the details were just as fantastic--down to the absolutely beautiful cake made by none other than Jenna's sister--who was also the maid-of-honor--talk about a busy girl--but she handled it all with ease!

As Jenna's father walked her down the aisle, I loved the glances between Jenna and Steve and Jenna and her dad--priceless! The ceremony in the gazebo at Cheers was beautiful and simple, including a sand ceremony. After the ceremony we had a quick family and wedding party photo time--then it was time for dinner and dancing. All of Jenna and Steve's friends and family had a great time and danced the night away under the stars to end the perfect evening!
