I spent Saturday at Ohio University in Athens and Sunday it was a trip to The Ohio State University to meet up with Jennifer and Adam for their engagement session. The closer I got to the stadium, the worse the weather got. Then , when I was almost there, I realized that construction had all of the exits close to the university closed. I thought this was an omen of things to come--but once we arrived at our meeting place at the stadium, the skies started clearing. We then went over to Mirror Lake--and got caught in quite a downpour--I had several umbrellas. In the car. On the other side of Mirror Lake. All worked out--we found a great dry spot under some trees and it passed in 5 minutes. We then continued our walk around campus and headed over to the ampitheatere where there had obviously been a wedding the day before. There were rose petals everywhere--and butterflies. Jennifer wanted to get one to come to her, so I suggested picking up some flowers--and it worked! We got some great photos with her new little friend. I even had one land on my foot. How cool is that? After all of that excitement, we headed over to the Arena District to do a few fun hockey shirt photos--for a whole different look. Another awesome couple!
